Discipline

  • Students are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school. Hence misbehavior of any type in public streets and conveyances justifies dismissal.
  • Students using school transport should maintain discipline in the bus too. Disciplinary action may be initiated for continued disobedience, including stoppage of travel by the school bus.
  • During the absence of the teacher, the class monitor will be responsible for the order and discipline of that respective class.
  • Students should use baskets and dustbins, especially provided for this purpose, to dispose the wastes.
  • Each and every student should endeavour to keep up the high tone of the school by excelling in good manners and deportment. No pupil is allowed to bring into the school any object liable to prove a source of disturbance like penknives, crackers, water pistol, radio, mobile phone, etc.
  • Once the students enter the class, they must remain in their places and observe strict silence. Even outside the classrooms the students are expected to behave in an orderly manner.
  • Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is strictly prohibited.
